I am a science blogger and writer from Wales, who is incredibly passionate about science engagement and encouraging discussion about inequality in STEM. My work has extended to working with outside organisations to address the issues that face women in these industries. In 2015, I was named as part of the BBC's 100 Women project, a list of inspirational women of that year.
In addition to my blog, I have began working on a book Women in White Coats, which looks at science as a community, why women are underrepresented in science and how this can be addressed.
